Controlled production in four stages.
Approved product information is followed under the same production plan from material lay-up to final inspection.

Foam and fabric layers are spread and prepared according to the production plan.
02PRODUCTION STAGEMolding / Thermoforming
The material is shaped in molds that create the approved product profile.
03PRODUCTION STAGECutting
Formed parts are cut to the approved measurements and model.
04PRODUCTION STAGEQuality Control
Products are checked for shape, dimensions and appearance before dispatch.
