The product is assessed according to fabric, pattern, measurements, thickness and support requirement. Technical specifications are defined during sampling.
Approved sample data guides material lay-up, moulding, cutting and quality control.

Production planning and quality control take place in the same facility.
Shoulder pad and bra cup production groups are prepared according to sample information and the order plan. Final inspection and dispatch preparation complete the process.
