Material lay-up
Foam, fabric and auxiliary layers are prepared according to the production plan.

We manage shoulder pad and bra cup production with the same technical data from sample approval through dispatch.
View the manufacturing process ↓Each project is converted into a technical production definition by evaluating the intended use, fabric and pattern structure, dimensions, thickness, layer construction and target shoulder or cup shape together.
The approved sample’s dimensions, mould, layers, stitching and surface data remain the common reference for material lay-up, moulding, cutting and final inspection, protecting shape consistency and left-right pairing in serial production.
Approved moulds and material layers are shaped in a controlled pressing process. Dimensions, surface and pair consistency follow the same sample data in serial production.
