Each project is converted into a technical production definition by evaluating the intended use, fabric and pattern structure, dimensions, thickness, layer construction and target shoulder or cup shape together. The approved sample’s dimensions, mold, layers, stitching and surface data remain the common reference for spreading, molding, cutting and final inspection, protecting shape consistency and left-right pairing in serial production.

SHOULDER PAD PRODUCTION

Controlled edge form with automated stitching

Shoulder pad layers are joined on an automated sewing line according to the approved model contour. Stitch distance and edge transition follow the same technical settings throughout production.
